Vishwa Krishnan is the reason the Ape Lamai organisation exists today. Vishwa’s parents, Mr and Mrs Thilakarathna, started Ape Lamai for their son, Vishwa Krishan when he was diagnosed with hydrocephalus (ජලකපාලතාවය).
